Covid-19 Vaccination Reasonable Adjustments Care Plan and Form 

CWP have created the above reasonable adjustment documents to help support people having the Covid19 Vaccinations. Both were developed based on feedback from people who use our services and family carers who feel they will be useful.

• We have been working with some colleagues at Pennine Care to coproduce a series of 3 simple grab sheets to assist people 

  1) Understanding what Trauma is and its causes

  2) Understanding what someone who has experienced trauma might feel, emotionally and physically, and how they might behave and relate to others.

  3) Shares some approaches that can be used to support people who have experienced trauma.

• Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust has developed a set of 14 videos to support people with learning disabilities during the Covid-19 situation.  3 videos look at aspects of the virus including social distancing. 9 videos cover anxiety issues and show useful exercises for people with learning disabilities to try. 2 videos support people with learning disabilities to plan their day and give ideas about activities to try at home.
